"In this pivotal time for our government, increasing voter turnout is more critical than ever. As District Leader, I will work to engage communities that have long been overlooked. Ensuring that every voter (especially younger & disenfranchised voters- understand the power of their voices). We have always emphasized the importance of mobilizing new memberships & younger voters & I am the candidate who can make that happen.
My experience includes serving as a Land Use Fellow at Good Old Lower East Side (GOLES), working as a Legislative and Community Outreach Intern for Assemblymember Harvey Epstein, and organizing my building’s first-ever tenant association. I have also interned at the Mayor’s Office, deepening my understanding of government and community advocacy.
Endorsing me is not just about supporting my candidacy—it’s about strengthening CoDA by bringing in new, younger members who have not been engaged before.
I am running for District Leader to ensure our community has a real voice in the political process, from judicial nominations to the selection of poll workers. Judges make decisions that directly impact our lives, so I will focus on the facts—analyzing candidates’ records, rulings, and qualifications—to make informed choices that best serve our community. Additionally, by appointing poll workers, I will help ensure our elections are fair, accessible, and representative. At the end of the day, it’s my people who will be affected, and I am committed to making sure they have a say in the decisions that shape their future.
I would love the opportunity to further discuss my vision and how, together, we can grow our movement. I hope to earn your support and your vote.
